why hire a wedding planner?

Some couples who plan to get married make the big mistake of putting all the details in their hands, doing everything from church arrangements, invitation, venue, caterer, flowers, program, entourage, church service, wedding ring, outfit, host, singer, give-aways, bouquet, cake, photography, etc. All these put together only spell headache. There's a lot of leg work involved and chances are, many of the significant segments will be forgotten or left out. Leave it to a wedding planner who will foresee all the nitty-gritty details of even the simplest wedding.

The services of a wedding planner range from full to partial planning. So if you want to save and do half of the work, it is all up to you. But if you want to be stress-free and have a perfect wedding wherein you can truly flash your nicest smile, then get someone to do the worrying for you. Hire a wedding planner or coordinator.

UK products flood the city

The term UK is actually short for "ukay" or secondhand clothes from the US.  There's this big store that sells class A "ukay-ukay" clothes, actually you don't have to make "ukay" anymore in this particular store because all the UK clothes are in hangers like how they present clothes in boutiques.  Even the upper class go to this ukay store because there are so many good ones to choose from, it is only a matter of taste or having an inner eye for beauty.

In going to ukay stores, it is best to look for one that sells only class A items so you will only get to choose from very good ones.  There are even some clothes here that look like they'd never been used before. Prices in this class A ukay store range from Php 80 to Php 180 for pants and jackets.

flair bartending

Hey, guys! Polish those bartending skills in preparation for the inter-school flair bartending competition to be held sometime next month. HRM students will surely be interested in this for they will have the chance to show off their bartending skills.  The competition will be held at the Ang Tay Golf & Restaurant in line with the grand opening of its restaurant. Areas to be considered in judging are skills, flair, choreography, and audience impact. It is going to be one grand evening in April when all the best student bartenders in the city will compete and wow the audience.

in making graduation speeches....

Make it as sincere as possible. Never waste your energy writing out a lengthy but boring and insincere valedictory or welcome or inspirational speech. Be there with the audience and say what you want to say in crisp language, minus the usual archaic adornments that make graduation exercises so deadly shallow and boring. We know what graduation exercises are all about. It is very long and tedious, it takes hours, and togas are not necessarily the best outfit to wear especially when the place is not air-conditioned. We know that the programme is tedious enough, so please, spare the audience and your fellow graduates, make your speeches alive and direct to the point.
