Labeled!
Cool people of Dumaguete City now has a nice hang-out option. A decent and fun place for the young and the hip now serves its select clientele of classy Dumaguetenos. "Labeled" is so-called because its hip men and women clients go there dressed to the nines. I mean, no one goes there in slippers and sando and smelling of pit. When you hang out at "Labeled" you can be sure of the crowd you'll be hanging out with. To top it off, the prices of its food and drinks won't break your bank. Where exactly is "Labeled"? It is situated on Piapi Beach right next to Hayahay.

the best beauty service in Dumaguete
It is not because Marirose Beauty Salon is sponsoring beauty services for us such as manicure & pedicure, highlights, footspa, facial, etc. but it is because I have tried getting my manicure and pedicure in some beauty parlors with fancy names and with rates that are three to four times higher than what Marirose charges and with the lousiest manicure/pedicure I've ever had. I swore I'd never, ever go back to any of those salons with fancy names and with very high fees for their poor services.

At Random turns 1
At Random, a local TV show in Dumaguete City, has come of age---well, not really. It just turned 1 a few days back and it's been a blast for the staff/hosts/producers of the show, having gone this far, having interviewed more than a hundred very important people in the community.
The show airs on Channel 6, Filproducts Cable TV every Friday at 5:30 p.m., Saturday 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, 10:00 a.m.
There's more to expect from this show with nothing but positive ratings and responses from its viewers.

pirouette
Pirouette is one of the most famous ballet movements wherein the dancer spins around on demi-pointe on one leg. The other leg can be in various different positions.Pirouette was the title of the cultural show we watched last night with my five-year-old grandkid at the Luce auditorium. It was actually my granddaughter's debut as an audience of a cultural show which she really enjoyed.
It was an evening of enchantment. The costumes were superb, the background of the stage was classy, the choreography fresh, and the dancers were well trained.
Clean, with no clutter and with soft colors coming from the costumes, lights, and backdrop, I should say were were, during the entire presentation mesmerized.
I've never watched a ballet show for many years and last night's experience told me that I should watch more.
Ballet wasn't the only fare we had last night. There were contemporary renditions of our native dances, some jazz, and hip-hop numbers. This is actually an annual presentation of the MEV Dance Studio located in Dumaguete City, Philippines.
When the show was over, guess what my five-year-old company said. "I loved it!"

Summer splash at Sea Forest
No, it wasn't a birthday party but the culminating activity of ABC Kiddie Learning Center which happened with a big splash at Sea Forest, between Sibulan and San Jose, Negros Oriental, Philippines. Photo shows Dewey, Chula, gramma, and right behind are Pia and mom Christina. Sea Forest is one of the best places to visit in Dumaguete City. It is where you, friends , and family can have loads of fun.
